'The Godfather Theme' was all I was looking for so you are up, Boogie. The name of the song and author are 'Speak Softly Love' by Nino Rota... but who knows that off the top of their head? I wish I could take credit for the arrangement but alas it is not mine.

It's an old rockabilly song. Over the decades it's been covered by the likes of The Who, Brian Setzer and Rush.
