Oh dear - do I really have to write that name in a guitar forum? It's, umm, whatsisname... Manly Barilow or something....

Actually, in interviews I've seen him give on chat shows, he comes across as a nice bloke, with a very sharp sense of humour.....the world lost a naturally gifted stand-up comedian, IMO, when he decided to make music his career....

OK - which legendary Texan was christened "Lecil Travis Martin?"

:D :D :D

Let's give him his full title: Terence Michael Joseph Butler.....also known as Geezer Butler.

Nice bit of trivia.....he's the seventh son of a seventh son, born on the seventeenth day of the seventh month (July 17) in the forty ninth year (1949), which is equal to seven times seven. No wonder he was so interested in the occult!

OK - what's Michael Balzary better known as these days?

:D :D :D

I hadn't heard that trivia about Geezer. I'm surprised the seventh son would be able to net four names. You'd think the parents would start running out of inspiration :)

Balzary spends a lot of time biting on dogs and making them itch [ FLEA ]

How 'bout Richard Salwitz?

I guess it's good to know that the censor is working.

JP Richardson is too close to home for me not to know he was The Big Bopper. :)

How about: Who was the flashy Farrokh Bulsara better know as?

That'd be Freddie Mercury - didn't even have to look that up to check!

So what was Ellen Naomi Cohen's stage name?
