Tabbing a Piano Song?

I want to figure out Happiness by The Kilowatt. It's an Alexisonfire song, but the version I'm after is a solo piano version performed by Dallas Green, the singer/guitarist of the band.

I think song is based around the chords Bbm, Dbm, and Fm. I'm not sure though, but it seems to me to have that kind of a feel. I can't make it sound right though, because the chords are very strong in the song, it's mostly fills.

I'd like to do an acoustic cover of this version, not the studio band version.
