Okay, I hope I've been able to copy that correctly.

Here's what I'd do. I'd pluck the second string with my finger and the fourth string with the pick. It's hybrid picking -- a common rockabilly technique. Alternately you could let the finger fretting the fourth string rest lightly against the third string. This would mute the string and you could strum.

If you barre the fifth fret, you can use your other fingers in a "D" shape to fret this chord:

5
7
6
7
x
x

Then you could barre the fifth fret, pluck in the hybrid technique, place the D shape, pluck again with pick and fingers, lift and pluck, place the D shape again, pluck with pick and fingers, then catch the fourth and first strings with the pick.

Try it out and see if you get the sound you want.
