Man Lars, that was awesome!!!!! I don't speak Norwegian either, but I agree with Vic the message is conveyed very well in the music. :D
Thanks, you given me some inspiration to try writing something of my own.

Where am I going....and why am I in this hand basket?

Actually my car is a great source for a good life and inspiration

But anyway - as i said. I have been trying all my life. I have strugled and thought about it, but I have never come up with a single good line. But then I got the first lyrics line in my head - and I found myself humming the melody to go with it - and from there the rest of it was easy to find.

I dunno - I have heard people saying it before - the trick is not thinking too hard. It remains to be seen however, whether I'm a "one hit wonder"

thanks for listening anyway :D

I am impressed!
What a breakthrough!
The intro and solo are nice. I don't play electric, so I can appreciate the sounds you got.
The phrasing is great. Nice rhythm and spacing. Chord changes and vocals are smooth.

Thanks for the English lyrics. You definitely got your point across, in a most pleasing and economical fashion: the song is 2:27 and there's not one unnecessary note!

Excellent song, Lars

maybe there is a higher meaning after all ...

I have been working on this one - and developing the bass track - I've come up with a small ending -

Remember this song is a song to my ex-wife - we're gonna perform it on a party she's attending next friday

I've been playing around with the ending and there is only one way to fret it. Look at what the fingers are saying:

...only thing I know how to do is to keep on keepin' on...

Awesome song Lars.

Even though I don't understand Norwegian, sometimes even English is a challenge, the feeling and emotion come through. I'm glad you posted the lyrics in English. They read very well even without the music. The melody is strong and very pleasing.

I for one look forward to your next song. Keep them coming.
