Hello all

On the ESD there's a nice version of Chris Isaacs "Wicked Game"

Original progression is Bm A E

Vic suggested slapping a capo on the 2nd fret and playing different chords, to avoid playing the Bm.

My question is, will an uncapoed guitar playing the original fills for this song, still sound right against the capoed first guitar playing the amended chords?

Fascinated to hear the answer!

Matt

He's saying play different chords with the capo on two.

If you look at the chromatic scale:

A Bb B C etc.

you see that there are two steps from B to A .

So capoing two half steps means you can play Am instead of Bm.

So yes it does mean the two can play together.

Nick you're a star, that's made my day.

The reason is my mate and I really struggle for songs for 2 guitars. And this most definitely is one.

Thanks

Matt
