This guy used to have a show on PBS (Public Broadcasting System for those across the pond!) teaching mainly fingerpicking style guitar. He is a great teacher. I bought his book String-A-Long about 15 years ago and for the life of me I can't find it ANYWHERE! He is excellent at teaching beginners. I even had all his shows on video tape (which I also can't find!)
