Hi !
Well I allready learned those songs:
-Tears In Heaven from Eric Clapton :P
-Stairway to heaven from Led Zeppelin
-BlackBird from The Beatles 8)
-Scarborough Fair from Simon and Garfunkel
Now I really appreciate finger picking and I'd like to learn fun ( and a bit twisted ) song which needs this tipe of picking...
Don't you have suggestions ?
See ya !
Crossroads - Clapton?
Nothing Else Matters - Metallica
Dust in the wind - Kansas
Going to California - Led Zeppelin
Babe, I'm gonna leave you - Led Zeppelin
Arms Wide Open - Creed
Those are some decent ones that aren't too tough with practice (unless you try to incorporate the guitar and mandolin parts on one guitar on Going to California, which i don't recommend)
For a real challenge, try:
Dee - Randy Rhodes (off of Ozzy's Blizzard of Oz)
Classical Gas - Mason Williams
Any Classical piece of music
Steve-0
Landslide
Time in a Bottle
Hotel California
Cats in the Cradle
Also check out Planetalks website Guitar for Beginners There are alot of fingerstyle songs there.(Look in Outasight Lessons for the link)
If you want to try your hand at blues, Little Brother has some great ones posted too.
Vincent - Don McLean
Any Jim Croce
"I got a woman, stay drunk all the time!"
-Led Zeppelin-
And how do I find this website ?
You left me no link...
Anyway thanks for all of your suggestions I'm going to try these and I'll come back for more someday !
See ya !
