Can anybody tell me where i can get a free guitar track of Vandenberg (specifically Burning Heart) and early Europe i.e (Kee Marcello) songs.
You're going to have to Google it and take pot luck. The songs are both still under copyright so unless you buy a licensed product you're likely to be as guilty of copyright theft as the guy who uploaded it in the first place.
Try Licklibrary dot com - they do some excellent licensed products.
