It's not up to your wattage requirements, but really, watts aren't really important to begin with. To double your volume you have to multiply wattage by ten. Most of the preceived volume differences are in cabinet design and speaker quality.
And as always, try it before you buy it. And look around at all the other amps in your price range.

Thank God there's someone else who knows this. A lot of players can't tell the difference volume wise between a 60 watt and a 110 through the same speakers.
Choose based on the sound, not based on the wattage.
