If you don't have enough time in a day, increase the length of your days. Most adults can do with five hours of sleep with no real bad effects during the daytime. If you sleep more then that, start by sleeping thirty minutes less. I'm still waiting for modafinil to get approval and hit the shelves... no known side effects to worry about, take one, go to sleep for 4 hours, wake up and you feel the same as if you'd had 8 hours. You can't imagaine I'd go to for 28 extra hours a week :D
