Many animals were harmed in the making of this signature.
A little cliche in that speed and difficulty are the same thing etc., but Extreme's Flight of the Wounded Bumblebee. Of course, I can play it with one finger, my eyes closed and the guitar behind my head. Asleep too.

Now.....you see.....you almost had me impressed there. I can play it with both hands tied behind my back, my head on fire, and whilst technically dead.

Well, there's always Faerie's Aire and Death Waltz
But I suspect that's not quite what you had in mind.

I found the second page. I think it's a bit easier to play, because there is a section marked "there is no wrong way to play this"
I wrapped a newspaper ’round my head
So I looked like I was deep

They say only a pawnshop guitar can play the blues. An eBay one does it better. A guitar's bound to feel unloved if her owner plasters pictures of her over the internet for all to see and then sells her off to the highest anonymous bidder.
You people are weak. I don't even have hands, I'm deaf, and I can play Flight of the Bumblebee, Jimi's Star Spangled Banner, Eruption, on guitar and Donna Lee on bass, all at the same time.
