That if you wait to long to do things on the guitar it will make it harderalmost impossible to do them?

not within reason. they say it's easier to learn the younger you start, but unless you're trying to be mozart, it shouldn't make a difference unless you wait until you're too old and infirm to play. that being said, the longer you put something off, the less likely you're ever going to get around to it at all. that's just a fact of life, though.
