As promised:

I haven't the opportunity to plug it into an amp and have to use my RP50 for the time being but am very pleased. The tone is chunky, ballsy and gritty, which is what I was looking for. I'm very satisfied. It may take my Jag's place as my new main axe.

According to Epiphone's website : Alnico Classic Humbuckers. That's all I know about them.

I'll have that posted by the weekend for you.

I've been working on Sober and Vicarious, both by Tool. Also learned the vocal parts which I'd love to include but I don't have an audio out port.............

yeah. nice guitar. love the Custom. the inlay on the first fret is awesome looking. the headstock inlay is fancier on the custom too. cool. how many pounds? heavy?
alnicos are great magnets. I love the tones they can give.
keep the Jag. it's great having two cool guitars.
congrats GS.

Sweet looking guitar. You reminded me of my kids on Xmas morning in the header...."He's been! He's been!" and I suppose you're feeling about the same way.

Congrats!

:D :D :D

Congrats!!!!!!!!!! Welcome to the club. I've been raving about mine for 4 years now. The others can come and go, but this one is my baby. I can't wait to hear your MP3s this weekend. Congrats again!
