Strumming with two picks sounds cool, till they move together or you lose one.

I saw some "double picks" on GC's website today.

"The Double Pick has the unique feature of double striking the string, giving your 6 string a 12-string-like sound. You can also use it on power chords for a deep crunch. Squeeze the ends together to achieve those sought after harmonics."

I figured that if I want a 12-string sound, I'll just play my 12-string! :D

I liked it as a gadget, but I don't use it too much anymore. It's hell on coated strings.

Now there's a novel thought! Why didn't I think of that! GOOD ONE!

I used them more like this. Sorry, I suck with a camera.

But if you use those picks... you might get a 24-string sound from your 12-string guitar! 8)

Vic, the motor in your electric toothbrush will make some interesting sound effects come through your pickups.

So will electronic watches, cell phones, and lots of other stuff.

I saw a guitarist in a local band play a solo with a cordless power drill . It was a neat trick and I must say I was impressed with his ingenuity .
Unfortunately , I am one of those who wasted $9.99 on the Jellifish . It delivers somewhat less than promised . I tried it for a little while and put it away . In my opinion , it isn't worth the money . It's kind of like playing with a piece of cardboard for a pick (who hasn't been without a pick before , raise your hand) . Save the money and buy a pedal .

If I claim to be a wise man , it surely means that I don't know .
