There's like 10 recording devices for guitarists, bassists or singers.
I'm trying to decide on one for Christmas..
I don't know which one would be best..
I don't want the ones that use cassette tapes.
I don't want the ones under $100.00.
Uhh..
I like the idea of also having guitar effects, a drum machine and bass effects to work with while recording. Almost all of them seem good.
There are 4 or 5 that are from $200 to $300.
one of these will be my choice.
Can someone tell me which one in your opinion would be the best choice, knowing the following requirements:

1. Ability to plug my guitar into the device, then plug the device into my computer.
2. Ability to load up the software on my computer and record up to 5 tracks (2-3 guitars, 1 bass, drums)
then after recording, to be able to combine these tracks to make a whole, or to 'master' them. Basically, make a song with two or more guitars, maybe a bass and maybe drums.
3. Then after recording and mastering, I want it to be able to burn to a CD.

I know that most of you won't even give it a second look, but I really could use some help.

Thanks,

Marshall
