Saw this on ebay, well used but in good condition. I think the price is still good too.

The only problem...

Look at the color!!!

I don't care how it sounds, i know you shouldn't go by looks but i would feel like a moron playing it in front of almost anyone. some ppl might like it, but it's not my cup o' tea.

You are obviously not comfortable with your femininity. Seek therapy and pink/coral guitars won't Phase you

Hehe, don't worry, there's no point in playing something you really do find repulsively ugly. And that really is the nastiest shade of pink - I'm female and I wouldn't buy something so lurid. How much would a professional paint job be?

I know pink isn't a "manly" colour, but I like it, I have a pink button down shirt that's real nice, however that is an ugly shade. I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole, no point in a guitar you don't like to look at.

Exactly. I would find it hard to pick it up and play it everyday.

I have that exact guitar in seafoam green, it's a USA model.

Lori Linstruth of Warbride, who is an un------believable melodic rock guitarist, plays the exact same model, in seafoam green.

Just in case you were wondering what you can do with such an ugly guitar, go take a look at her website and videos.

http://www.lorilinstruth.com/

there are some interesting pages on learning modes, sweep picking etc.

I'm sure the coral pink one will play about the same.

It would be great to get and repaint. I mean, not being original couldn't possibly hurt the re-sale value, as it seems to be going pretty cheap. A real fixer-upper!

I have an Ibanez that an ex left that is pretty much the same color. It has never been taken out of the closet. Not really because of the color so much, but it needs some work...maybe 97reb has the right idea a good fixer-upper.
