Does anyone have any ideas for a guitar-piano blues duet? My 13 y/o son has been taking piano for 7 years and is just getting in to the blues and would like to do a duet with me at his spring recital. I could possibly play harmonica instead. I did google but there is not a lot of info out there and thought I would check the collective wisdom here!
cheers,
Michael
Google YouTube for "Pinetop Perkins." You should get some good stuff there.

How about something like Woman be Wise or Guilty. Bonnie Raitt type songs

Roland, The Headless Thompson Gunner.

I was thinking of 'Werewolves of London'
That, too.

I'd think that just about any good blues tune would work.
I'm listening to "Sweet Home Chicago" right now. :) Nice keyboard/guitar tradeoffs here. (Of course it's a full band, but...)

I love that song. I hear it was the "anthem" of the great depression.
Clapton does a nice version of it on his Unplugged album with a piano accompaniament.
