Are you sure you'd need to ream out the holes? Sperzels need a 10mm hole, which seems to be fairly standard.
I started with nothing - and I've still got most of it left.

Probably wouldn't have to ream the hole but those other mounting screws don't seem to be in the same location as the present tuners, and I wouldn't want to fill the old ones in and try to match the finish.
Since I got my Parker, I don't really play the others enough to put that kind of effort into them. I'm thoroughly spoiled with my Parker DF. I don't even have GAS anymore.
