Schecter Hellraiser Guitar/Pickups Question

I've got a guitar question for you guys. So I've had my Schecter C-1 Hellraiser FR for a couple of years now and it's so easy to shred on, I love it. However, I've never truly been satisfied with the tone it gives off. It sounds, in my opinion, muddy and too fat when I'm playing metal on it. It has EMG 81tw-89s in it and I've been thinking about switching them out for some Seymour Duncan AHB-3 Mick Thomson EMTY Blackouts, EMG 81-85s, or Seymour Duncan Invaders (SH-8). Another option I'm considering is to just sell it and get a brand new guitar. I'm torn between which ones to get or what to do. Anyone know what may be best? Thanks, and any help is appreciated!
