Hey I'm looking for songs - new or old - to play without any barre chords.
I am also looking for songs that use D minor and no Barre chords.

There are a TON of songs that don't use barre chords. Off the top of my head, not sure about Dm and no barres.
789 by the Barenaked Ladies is one that I just thought of, it's a quirky kids song, but fun for adults too. No barres, and a Dm. The chords are Am, Dm, G, Cadd9, E
In Space, no one can hear me sing!
Some of Dylan's stuff is 3-chord, maybe 4. Knockin' on Heaven's Door is G-C-D-Am
I started with nothing - and I've still got most of it left.

Norwegian Wood starts with a D chord (and uses a hammer-on with the pinky) and has Dminor

I actually can play Barre chords but I'm looking for suggestions for my students who are still at a very early stage and would find Barre chords too tricky. I like stuck in the middle if you, that one I will most defiantely use. :) Any more?
