The Firm-Midnight Moonlight

I've been working on The Firm's Midnight Moonlight song. I belive the tunning is DADGAD. It is a complex song, any help transcribing would be appreciated.

This is what I came up with for the intro:

Part at the end of the first few vocal lines(played on the bottom 2 strings) I don't belive this is correct:

The music to this song was recorded in part during Led Zeppelin's Physical Graffiti sessions, but they never did anything with the song. That recording is on the Led Zeppelin bootleg Physical Outtakes, titled The Swan Song. When Jimmy Page and Paul Rodgers formed The Firm, Rodgers put lyrics to the music,and it was released on their first (self titled The Firm) album as Midnight Moonlight. Page stated in an interview that the song came out of the extended jam parts of playing White Summer/Black Mountain Side live.
