My brothers birthday is next week and I want to give him a meaningful gift.

He is the guy who got me started playing the guitar years ago, and as hard as I've tried to get him to play again, he won't. When I was about 9 or 10 I would sit in his room and listen to him play, he inspired me to buy my first guitar. Every time he's at my house he picks up one of my guitars, noodles around, tries to remember the things he used to know then says "(blank) I can't hit the right strings anymore, i have to look" .

So I know he would relearn everything if he had his own guitar and a little bit of guidance.

So I've decided to buy him a good guitar for his birthday.

He likes allot of Country music from about 5-10 years ago, so I was thinking I should print of some tabs for him to learn of those types of songs that he can learn. I don't listen to country music very much so I have no idea where to start for bands.

Can u guys recommend me some beginner/intermeadiate Country songs that I can print off?
Then I can learn them as well and help him along the way.

Thanx for the suggestions, he used to play electric so I'm kind of leaning towards that, although an acoustic would make it allot easier for me to take mine over to his house and play with him

Matty,

Go and wash out your mouth with soap and water.

I started with nothing - and I've still got most of it left.
Did you know that the word "gullible" is not in any dictionary?
