The lighter one is a Johnson 10-610-a I paid a whopping $99.00 new for it :D I use it mostly for country blues and slide guitar. Its one of my favorite ones, and sounds great with the pick up for Elmore James type slide :D , the other one is a Blueridge, Its a mid priced guitar and its got a nice tone, nothing fancey, but it gets the job done :D

That's Herman, he used to reside in my closet, but i let him come out now and then. I caught Herman stealing one of my guitars back in 97  :P --mad dog

( He fell out of the window and the guitar hit him on the head  )

Smokindog, I feel a blues song coming on.

This is Herman
he's a friend of mine
but he forgot the guitars were mine

This is Herman
he's still a friend of mine
but he fell and broke his spine
now it's hard to keep him in a straight line

This is Herman
he's still a friend of mine
and now he knows the guitars are mine

This is Herman
He has no heart
hell he ain't got no body parts

Collaboration. You fill in the rest.

Everyone I talk to says you need to keep your acoustics humidified if you want to keep them from cracking.

How can you call get away with hanging your guitars on the walls or sitting on a stand day in and day out?

You don't really have to keep them humidified. You just need to monitor them and humidify or de-humidify if necessary. The typical house with heat and A/C stays in a reasonable range.

But I worked around that problem in true "hacker" fashion. See if you can spot the solution.

The mirror of course. Man, that mirror give me lots of GASSS.

Geoo

Yup :) ( In the picture above the image in the mirror had to be pixelized. I wasn't aware I was in the picture :P )

Corner? - yes a corner of the sofa. Perfect? well... it works for me. The music room with grand piano, drumset, big PA and no neighbours will have to come later... ;)
