Since I'm new to this I'm currently working my way through Keith Wyatts DVD Getting Started On Acoustic Guitar..

It's a great dvd, and I'm on the rock part now.

Angie by the Rolling Stones (playing sparse, broken chords in time is a challenge for me) and Green River by CCR

Always struggling to work my way through the great "Sleepwalk" by Johnny and Santo. Man I love slide!

Hey, I started with that Keith Wyatt DVD too, came with my Acoustic. But it would always froze up on me once I got to the complex stumming section and send me straight to the string changing tutorial. Well, at least I can change a mean string!

I must say I like that list Minus :P War Pigs is real fun to play all the way through and so's the solo to Creeping to Death in particular....

As for me, im almost fully recovered from tendonits, after nearly 6 weeks, so i think I soon learn:

'Evil Eye' - yngwie malmsteen
'Holy Wars...And the Punishment Due' - Megadeth
And any other random thing I feel like

Since I have it in one of the many play along books/CD, I've started learning Bon Jovi "You give love a bad Name"

But I'm going to have to try War Pigs. I always liked that song.

"It's all about stickin it to the man!"
It's a long way to the top if you want to rock n roll!

Sounds like you're pretty eager to get that tendonitis right back! Quite a selection. :P

Right now I'm increasing my jazz abilities, learning "All of Me" and "Misty". I'm also attempting to learn Ozzy's "Mr. Crowley". The main part is simple enough, but I'm getting into the solo, and it's just wild.

Do something you love and you'll never work a day in your life...
