That's not the Aria SPT model - you're confusing the model number with the headstock initials.
Significant differences right off the bat:
-headstock logo
-# and position of fret markers (that Aria doesn't have a first fret marker, Nick's doubles 3 & 7 and triples 12, etc)
-rosette
-shape of cutaway
The placement of the snowflake/diamond combination, plus the number at each fret, was originally done by Martin on D series guitars in the 1920s. A number of luthiers have copied them. Here's Worland's version:
I'm thinking Nick might have a treasure there :)

I've never seen a Worland, but you are right, it isn't an Aria.
Nick, May I ask  how many guitars do you own?

I just bought two and I just sold two. So the same as always. :D
Nick how do you find these things? Whenever I look at ebay all I see is pages of junk!

It's all in how you create searches.
For instance:
washburn acoustic -zager -kelly -monkees -oscar
Gives you washburn guitars without the ever present Zager guitars, Michael Kelly stuff, monkees albums with Washburn and anything Oscar Schmidt.
I'll also do stuff like search on something generic like "guitar acoustic" but go to advanced search and limit the minimum price to $200. That gets rid of a lot of junk.
The only problem you have is when Oscar Zager is selling his Brazilian Rosewood custom Washburn that his daughter Kelly put a monkees sticker on.

Hey Nick did you get the guitar yet?
How does it sound?
Cheers,
Max
I did get it.
It sounds pretty darn good, and it looks as good in person as online.
The sound ports are astounding and take some getting used to. I mean you can really hear what is being played.
I still don't know where is is from.
Sound clips Nick! And thanks for the search tips, I'm gradually getting better at it :)

Well Nick it sounds like you found a real gem at a bargain basement price. Not easily done these days. Everyone seems to want close to what they paid for a guitar.
Good work!
I too would love to hear a sound clip!
Cheers,
Max
Aww man, don't make me put holes in my seagull... Seriously, sound clips and MORE PICS!

I will post pics today or tomorrow.
I'm going to sell it for exactly what I paid. No there is nothing wrong with it. I just bought a Mermer Evening Star. One guitar in, one guitar out.
So if anybody is interested in a nice sounding, nice looking guitar for $200, just let me know.
Stop holding out on us Nick! The first time I was here, the pics on the first page were not working, and you still haven't posted your own! Lets see that sucker!
