All the guitarists listed are fantastic, but, If I had to list one person that has influenced me the most...one artist that I hold above all others...it would be...
Steve Hackett

James Hetfield (First Band that I picked up on my own, Metallica.)
Joe Perry (MY dad was a HUGE Aerosmith Fan so I grew to love his style.)
Jack White (I really love his minimalism style and great writing skill)
Eric Clapton (Love his work with Cream and Derek and the Dominoes.)
BB King (love his style of playing and the way he can make one note last forever!)
GOSH there are so many but those would be the first that come to mind RIGHT now.

And a whole lot more!

Django
Charlie Christien
Kenny Burrell
Joe Pass
Herb Ellis
Those are the guys that I strive to play like.

Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Leonard Cohen, Bob Dylan, Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan, Simon and Garfunkle, Bob Dylan... I know what you're thinking, but Dylan's inspired me five times more than anyone else!
Never assume the other fellow has intelligence equal to yours. He may have more.
Young, Cash, Dylan, Springsteen
