Amp Popping when flipping the switch

Amp: 1974 MusicMan HD-130

The last two times I switched on the amp I heard an abrupt popping sound coming from the head. The first time it only popped once the second time there were multiple. After the popping sound the amp sounds normal and every thing is fully functional. Anybody have any idea what his could be? Tried doing some research but can't pinpoint it. Any help would be appreciated.
