buzzing & electric noise

hay guys.
i have a problem with the 11E fret its buzzing like crazy, i tried to put some a paper over it but it made the 10E fret buzzing.
and i have an electric noise even when i don't playing but when i lower the tone or touches the screws above the switch or the bickups it disappears , please don't tell to take it to an expert because none knows anything about guitars where i live

Let's leave the buzzing for the moment.

The noise is due to an earthing problem, I would think. You don't need a guitar expert, you need someone who is good with electrical things. I suspect that one of the connections has come loose. An electrician could easily fix it for you.

I started with nothing - and I've still got most of it left.
