Floyd Rose Nut

Its been a long time since I've posted here and even longer since I worked on my guitar. :cry: So this weekend I was thinking of getting back at my strat and try to tackle the locking nut to my floyd. The nut that I bought did not come with any screws, what kind should I use? I have seen installs where the screws go from the top and some where they go through the back of the neck to the front. Is there a difference in which way I install it? Should I drill all the way through the neck no matter which way I intend to put the screws in?
