Thanks for the information, Alan. I've sent email to Bigsby to see if they can supply the parts.

You might have a hard time finding just the arm. But if you can find a compatible model then I'd just buy that and then try to scrap the parts you need.
You might also want to consider replacing the whole bridge, though on a vintage guitar it might be a sentimentally tragic thing to do.
