I just acquired a really inexpensive Fender Showmaster off of Craigslist. EVERYTHING is perfect EXCEPT the body is all scratched up. Not through the clear coat, but it is a blackout model and the scratches really show up. There is some buckle rash on the back which I really do not care about, but I want to rescue the front. I think I got ripped off with a package of GuitarScratchRemover that someone suggested from a YouTube video. There were no detractors, so I figured I'd risk the $20.00. Kinda worked but not to my satisfaction. I don't want to sink a ton of cash into this as I want to turn it for a profit. I will profit just from parting it out, but it really is a different kind of Fender, with the set neck and all. Please help!
