I recently purchased a used Martin 000-17 and unfortunately it was damaged in shipping. The tail block completely split in half right at the seam of where the side panels come together. The guitar is essentially splitting in half in the middle of the side panels.
I’m trying to determine if it’s worth it to have this repaired (how extensive would the work be) or if I should just send it back to the seller.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

Send it back. Even if it can be repaired, if you paid for a new instrument, it should *be* a new instrument. New to you, that is.
