Arjen and Da Dog-New remix

In the mix the guitar is way too loud. But the whole thing is very nice sounding. It makes me want to play piano.

I agree with Pearl except but I have no desire to play a piano :)

I tweaked the levels and EQ , this should be better. Still loud in some places, but thats what it is :twisted:

Totally understand that comment , but this time it sounds alot better in my opinion . I thought the guitar was over powering the first time , the new re-mix its ALOT better as far as being in sync with the piano sound levels ..

I agree the levels are much better now. Arjen lovely feeling in the piano. Dog high standard as always. The only thing that I would consider changing is the point where piano changes to the guitar and vic versa, I would like to see each instrument bleed into to other to smooth the transition.

Yea, I changed the levels and the EQ on the guitars. Its far from perfect, the worst part is the last section before the piano starts. It has some timing issues but this IS called "In Progress" :P Sort of a comment on the human condition(far from perfect). Actually Arjen did play on a couple of bars longer, but I didn't have the file with just the piano so it was hard to remix with the whole solo. But I only shortened it 1 or 2 bars. :wink: I added about 30 seconds of Arjen to the ending (its the same as the beginning. I thought it made a statement or something, sounded good anyway. :lol:

Again, thanks goes out to Arjen, He set the perfect mood with the piano 8)

I only heard the final rendition of this and I can't find anything to knit pick.

Thanks Jeff, I think I might revisit this composition later. I working on an addition to this and I am working on the lyrics.We will see where this goes to. Arjens Piano was so cool 8) It really set the mood.
