My first ever recording. I do appreciate any feedbacks ...

Not bad, I heard a couple cool licks in there. :D

My only complaint is the mix. You can barely hear the background track. So bring that up and record your lead guitar just slightly louder. That will give the solo much more feeling. I couldn't hear bass at all, and could just barely hear the drums in the background.

Pretty decent for a first effort!

I too had trouble with mixing - using audacity - until I discovered you could alter the volume of individual tracks....doh!
