okay i basically went insane while making this song. I wrote a simple chord song with a bass line and a simple drum beat.... but fitting them all together by yourself isnt as easy as it looks! The result is an tolerable piece of music. My strumming needs work obviously since i cant keep beat, the bass is probably the best part. Anyways i dont even care any more. This is all i have been doing today. Time elapsed (including writing the song): 3.5 hours.

I can't imagine having to record the same song for more time than this. It gets pretty boring pretty fast haha!

When my mind is free, you know a melody can move me
And when I'm feelin' blue, the guitar's comin' through to soothe me ~

Added an electric guitar part for those of you who have already heard it

Catchy melody riff Chris. Some timing issues like you said, but overall not a bad job. :D

Nice instrumental.
When you said drums, I thought drum machine, but...they're real drums, right?
You put the drums on first or after?
Sounded pretty good to me. Nice mix too.
Yeah they were real drums. I tried to put them in last, after the guitar, thinking that it would be easier that way, soon realizing that its much easier to match tempos if you lay down the drum track first. I experimented with different beats but chose to use only one that just repeated over and over basically. This song was basically an experiment and overall im happy with it!
