Well, sorry about this, but i just don't know were the hell e hould post this:

You need to post your images and/or text to some Internet Service Provider or photo sharing site that provides space for storing this stuff or web pages.
You would then create a link on here to where it is stored.
If you already have the stuff stored someplace on the internet you can then go into the post message function and there are instructions on how to post links to web sites and images.
