Wrote this song few weeks ago. It's about when you're on your way home from work. It's summer in the air for the first time after a long and cold winter. You hear a song that you haven't heard in a long time and it brings back all these great memories and you get in a really good mood!:)
Lyrics can be found on the soundclick link.
Tell me what you think, the recording isn't the best.
I like it.
It kinda rocks (had me tapping my foot anyway)
Good chord progression
Recording sounded good enough for me
Good voice and in tune (I couldn't guess your Swedish - no trace of an accent)
Hey, I've been to Stockholm Saw that boat in the museum (forgot the name)
The one that sunk in what the 1200s? Too top heavy flipped right over Your king was very angry
I can't believe you're shy (in your profile)
You didn't sound shy singing that.
It's the rock that gives the stream its music . . . and the stream that gives the rock its roll.
Thanks a lot for the kind words man!
I believe the ship you are referring to is "Regalskeppet Wasa". To be an annoying smart ass, that one sank in the 1600s!
Edit: haha lovely profanity filter:)
I uploaded another song I'm working on called Left Behind... The guitar play in it is a bit messy but you get the overall feel of the song.:)
OKay, you're going to have the girls knocking your door down.
Well done.
Have you heard James Blunt?
Similar sound to your voice only yours is more gritty.
Yeh, you've got a weapon there . . . . to woo the girls (off their feet and on to your be. . .) nevermind.
Good job. I liked the added voice harmony.
It's the rock that gives the stream its music . . . and the stream that gives the rock its roll.
hahaha if only... if only...;)
Yeah, its a nice bright sounding tune. Some nice feeling to it and the lyrics are very good. The ending is perfect :D You said your piece and got out. Good stuff :D
Right back down to you...Drumbeat and band starts. I can hear that. Like it. Catchy. Like the way you do your voice. Good upbeat one...Rick
Cute song, maybe a tad bit short but that's maybe hypocritical coming from me. :P I can hear the Blunt comparison but then, thankgod, without the metrosexual part. I liked the ending too, clean and strong, overall a very enjoyable tune. Thumbs up!
