Man that file is loud. It's distorted. The music is fine. I find it hard to listen to though.
maybe you downloaded the wrong file? Was completly normal for me Captain Hueseph.
I don't think so. It's not harshly distorted but noticeably enough.
Maybe your doing lo-fi? Thats the only thing I can think of, its playing crystal clear for me.

Maybe it's the quality of the mp3. I will try to make sure the file is not distorted... I can realize it sux listen to it when it's distorted.
