nah. I think it retains that original feel. if anything it is clearer in intent. smalch. lounge-like. yet creative and clever.
good job.
you know, I often go back and remix. I can never decide if I did better or worse.
sometimes the first one is the right one.
then again.

Yeah, it is a nice mix, too. I also think it retains the original feel.

Edit: Misspelling.

Dogbite.. thanks for conversing about my lil tune..

Lets talk about yours.. *G*..

I was just listening to My Dog Has Fleas..

I am not a schooled musician but if I remember right, Miss Miller my music teacher through elemetery school made a POINT of My Dog Has Fleas.. and while I don't remembver exactly why.. God Bless Miss Miller.. *G*

That being said I liked the song a lot but at the beginning there are some noises and I had no clue it was coming from my headphones.. I was looking around. I thought my Dagu (recently aquired Rodent) was chewing in it's cage.. I was getting frustrated trying to figure out who was making those noises.. then I realized you very subtly incorporated them into my listening experience..

If you saw the look on my face while I was looking around to figure out what was going on you would be LYAO..

Classic.. thanks for the fun!

ROTFLMAO cool. the chords for the song are Dm G F A. how I got My Dog Has Fleas ??? sorta of a anagram.
I like to pick scratch my strings a lot. maybe it comes from pick sliding or emulating early scratch record hip hop.
the whole song is suppose to have an itchy feel. one whole track is tremelo'ed guitar. then pushed back in the mix.
Fleaa got the lick perfect with the quick sweep picking. same here. and then the song ends with more scratching.
I like messing around. LOL

Classic.. thanks for the fun!

You are welcome!

I guess everybody like to hear comments about his work. I always try to hear all your contributions. I'm not very experienced so sometimes I can not give advices but at least I try to say "I listened and I like it" as for example in this case.

:D
