I was watching some old band from Liverpool or someplace on youtube and they got me thinking. This track is about figuring out you've been living close with the girl of your dreams without knowing it for years, only realizing it one day too late. It contains a sample of that band I was watching (they probably have a special seat in hell reserved for people like me), electronic beats, bass, piano, violins, French horns, four synths and vocals.

She Loved You (Yeah Yeah Yeah)
Sorry for being
The coward
That I am
I only
I only love you
I only
I only love you

I'm sorry for the times
I didn't dare to call
Fearing you wouldn't care
For someone like me
Sorry for the times
I didnt dare to think
Your love might be real

I only
I only love you
I only
I only love you
I only
I only love you

Very original. I'm not big on the "techno" drums, but I like the song. 8)

I kinda noodled with it and found something to go with it.
D# F F F# F# F
F F# F# G# G# F
F F# F# F# F# F

two beats on the last two notes in each line.

Maybe use it as a baseline? (Or use it to line the garbage can.)
If I knew what I was doing this would be no fun. Woohoo!

It's the rock that gives the stream its music . . . and the stream that gives the rock its roll.

I loved that one. Sort of Massive Attack meet the Fab 4.
Downloaded for multiple future spins. 8)
The 'theremin' type synth voice is especially cool.
:)
Psst, I can't believe how much your voice has improved. You're really nailing and sustaining notes now; gives me hope!

I loved this one! Really nice vocals... Kind of reminds me of The Postal Service.

Excellent work!

Strange, I had replied but no I didn't, or atleast not before I press submit. Space-time is messing with my head (on the tune of 'raindrops keep falling on my head').

Dan: Do you mean the sounds or the rhythm? I'm still trying to find more organic electric beats (think Lamb, Portishead or Radiohead) but had little luck so far.

Ken(rogers): heh, I guess you do know what you're doing. The chords are really funky but those notes would fit very well indeed. :D

BB: Glad you liked it. You're right, my voice has improved but then again that didn't take too much.

Dogbite: Thanks, much appreciated. :D

Klangen: Grazie!
