Well, I've been dormant for a while but I've re-appeared now . . . armed with some Bareknuckle Stormy Monday pickups! :D
First test with them over a rather good backing track:

Welcome back, Rob!
I was wondering when you'd show up again.
Good job! Listening to it now.
It's the rock that gives the stream its music . . . and the stream that gives the rock its roll.
some nice licks in there and very bluesy! well done!
"I like to play that guitar. I have to stare at it while I'm playing it because I'm not very good at playing it."
Noel Gallagher (who took the words right out of my mouth)
Cheers folks. The tone from these pickups is absolutely fantastic! They're so responsive, fabulously smooth when gently stroked then get quite a nice aggressive bite if I really dig in. That's with the gain set to 7, if I back that off to 5 I can get anywhere from a clean chord to a quite heavy sounding powerchords without touching any controls.
I would suggest them to anyone! 8)
