It's a GK Brat Pack half stack. Great sounding amp for $299!
I don't think they sell it anymore but Musicians Friend still has the details on it.
It's big. UPS would not deliver so we had a tractor trailer pull up in front of the house with it. :lol: It was an extra $25 shipping but on top of free that wasn't bad.

Well, no wonder I dig it so much, I'm a GK man myself. I have the GK Backline 600 with the GK Goldline 2x10 or my son's Carvin 1x15. I've been using his 1x15 a lot lately cause it is lighter than my cabs. I'm looking for a good combo amp that can handle practice and live stuff, but not weigh a ton.
I'm impressed with the GK sound. I love the 2 chanel operation. His cab has a 15" speaker. He wants to some day have a 4 X 10 along with a 15" or 18". He can dream can't he?

:lol: Well, that lead is kind of bad and meant to be. It's part of the comedy of the movie. Christopher Guest AKA Nigel is actually an accomplished musician but he makes his leads sound a little unaccomplished on purpose. I am glad you enjoyed it though.

Never saw Spinal Tap so I can't comment but you guys are making me jealous. I miss the regular Friday night practice/jams at my own man cave which is now just an empty cave :( .
I think I'm gonna have to break down and buy a cheap drum set. I'll never use it but at least it will be here so when my buddy comes by we can play, plus my youngest daughter is pretty good on he drums and when she comes by her and her sister like to "jam". I told her the three of us would start a Hip-Hop cover band but I don't think she's feeling it...HA
Nice job though Terry you guys always look like you are having fun and it's got to be cool to jam with your son. Plus if you he hits a couple bad notes you can make him take out the trash or something..
