Not bad. There are some timing issues and you missed some of the little nuances, but overall, you did a great job and you have a really good tone working there. :D

Oh, for others wondering about me and soundclick. My hard drive died on my laptop  , I installed another one and when I reloaded everything, somehow soundclick and ZoneAlarm get along now. :?

I am really excited about it too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Thanks Mike. I do appreciate your input.

I was really excited when I recorded it but now when I listen to it I feel like it doesn't
capture the feeling of the song.

I am gonna work on polishing it.

As Mike said some parts are a bit rough but on the whole it's not bad at all. And your guitar sound is awesome, and usually that has more to do with how you play then on what you play. I learned this one a time ago and I remember being quite surprised to find there is quite a bit of detail I hadn't noticed before hand, I guess you can learn songs like these forever. Let us know if you have a new version. :)

Vic, thanks for posting this. The timing on the hammer-on part seems not quite right, but other than that, it sounds pretty darn good. I'm going to have to go look up the tab for this... I love Hendrix, and I've tried my hand at some of his other tunes, but they're always beyond me. I think maybe I could manage this one. Parts of it anyways.

Vic:

I agree with the previous comments. Very nice tone - sweet, in fact. Just polish the changes and it will really sound good. Keep up the good work.
