im looking at buying a new mic for my small home studio. It would be used for vocals mostly, maybe once and a while on an acoustic guitar. Anyway here is the question. Which of the following mics is best?

right now im using the m audio fastrack, but i am going to be buying a mixer with phantom power. Does noone have anything to say ?
