For acoustic I use the Behringer DI-100. Cheap and effective and seemingly well made, despite the poorly-designed battery compartment and door. (I use phantom power anyway.) I keep it in my gear bag and it gets tossed around quite a bit, but I have had no problems with it. One of the few Behringer products I'd highly recommend.

My bass amp has a built-in DI output, so for bass I use that instead.

I won a pair of new Whirlwind IMP2's last week. I should be covered for DI now.

Wicked score dude! Congratulations! It may not seem like much but I think those are something you will come to appreciate for years to come.
