A friend of mine recomended that i download fruity loops drum machine. Does anyone have this program and is it any good. it's a fairly big file. something like 45megs I think. Any info would be appreciated.
Which version? I think they're up to 6 right now.
I have no ideal. They didn't tell me that. I guess I could try and find out. I went to the site and found version 6. so I sorta assume he was talking about that but I will try and get ahold of him tonight and find out for sure.
I use it. I'm not "up-to-date", though. It's Fruity Loops Producer Edition 4.1 ..... and I love it!

OK thank you for the reviews everybody. I do believe it was version 6 my friend was talking about. I still haven't been able to reach him yet. Are you still able to get the older version? I guess you can right?
Fruity Loops - now known as FLStudio - is a lot of fun and worth a download. I believe they still have a $49 version if you want to buy. Version 6 has gotten some good reviews...I had version 5 at one time, and it was a nice package and pretty intuitive - I'd say the learning curve is pretty low, esp for what you get.
