Hello,
I am interested in trying to mimick the synthesizer that is used in the song, "The Final Countdown" by Europe. But, I am not sure on how to do this.
How could it, or if it is even possible, for me to do this?

Go to kvraudio.com and search for a cheesey horn sound. Well if you add cheesey to the search it won't help. It's probably a french horn sound. There are tonnes of freeware VSTi synths that should be able to do this sound. Once you have the basic sound you'll probably have to play with the parameters to get it to sound like that Europe tune. Probably add some reverb and maybe even some chorus.
