Hi Introuble
If the "Clip"- LED is NOT flashing then the Mic100 pre-amp is not overdriven !
Either the signal from MIC100 to Mixer is too high (probably not) or the signal level from mixer to line input of soundcard.
Start with reducing the output level from the mixer until you can hear a clean signal when strumming hard.

If you want to control the input level of soundcard you can use this free utility :
VUmeter.exe http://voyager.adsl.dk/knef/vumeter/
With this tool you can analyze things like level, stereo perspective, distortion, phase trouble and frequency content. It is mostly designed for musicians, and for working with music.

Tanglewood TW28STE (Shadow P7 EQ) acoustic
Yamaha RGX 320FZ electric guitar/Egnater Tweaker 15 amp.
Yamaha RBX 270 bass/Laney DB 150 amp.
