I would use either the Ultra DI or Tube mic preamp after the Guitar.
"When the TUBE ULTRAGAIN MIC100 is used as a high-end DI-box, it ensures outstanding signal integrity".
A DI box or Pre-Amp should be used before the Mixer not after.
The signal level after the mixer is high (Line level) and don´t need any extra amplification.

No, I don´t think so.
The signal level from the DI Box (or Tube Pre-amp) is high and good enough for the mixer to a good job.
Are you using the balanced (XLR) output of the DI Box (or Tube Pre-amp) and connect it to the balanced (XLR) input of the mixer ?
Or are you using the unbalanced 1/4" TS connectors ?
I would recommend the balanced XLR connectors, as it has better signal integrity.
